Return and Refund Policy
At Cyan Imprint, every item is crafted with care and intention, using quality materials and attention to detail. As a small business specializing in made-to-order, limited-run, and often personalized goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an item is received damaged, defective, or with an error on our part.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Because many of our items are made just for you — whether personalized, seasonal, or custom-made — we cannot accept returns due to size, color choice, or change of mind. This policy helps protect the integrity of our products and prevents misuse.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or customization options. We’re happy to help!
📦 Damages or Order Issues
We want you to be thrilled with your order. Please inspect your items upon arrival, and contact us within 3 days of delivery if:

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for replacement due to damage or error, we will process a replacement at no cost. We do not exchange for size, color, or design changes once an order has been placed.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is issued (in rare cases where approved), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Turnaround: All orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Order Confirmation: You’ll get an email as soon as your order is placed—and another with tracking info once it ships.

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
A tracking number via email.
A link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
Use that link to monitor your package in real time.
5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Delayed? If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, email us at support@cyanimprint.com.
Lost or Stolen? Once the carrier marks it delivered, ownership transfers to you. We’ll help you file a claim, but replacements or refunds are at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Address & Re-Shipping
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!
If a package is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address, you’ll cover the cost to resend it. We’ll notify you and provide a quick-pay link for the re-shipping fee.
7. Multiple-Item Orders & Split Shipments
We strive to ship all items together, but occasionally back-ordered items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

OVERVIEW
Welcome to Cyan Imprint (“Cyan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Cyan Brides & Grooms operates as a division of Cyan Imprint—any reference to either means the same family business. By visiting or using this website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Read ’em carefully—if you don’t agree, please bounce now.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
1.1 Age & Permission. You must be 18 years or older (or of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy or use our Site. If you’re signing up for a minor, you confirm you have parental or guardian permission.
1.2 Account Info. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Purchases & Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing & Currency. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we won’t jack up the cost on an order you’ve already placed.
2.2 Taxes & Duties.

U.S. Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping address and current state/local tax rates. Shopify uses your configured tax settings to automatically apply the correct rate for each U.S. jurisdiction (e.g., New York vs. California).

International Orders: We do not collect VAT, import duties, or customs fees for shipments outside the U.S. You’re responsible for any such charges imposed by your country upon import.
2.3 Payment Methods. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Payment is captured at the time of purchase.
2.4 Order Confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This is not a shipping confirmation.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
3.1 All Sales Final. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Double-check spelling, colors, and sizing before you click “Buy.”
3.2 Errors on Our Part. If we mess up—wrong name, typo, or damaged/missing parts—contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, order number, and issue description. We’ll replace it or issue store credit. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Methods & Timeframes. We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates; we’re not liable for carrier delays.
4.2 Shipping Address. You’re responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
4.3 Lost or Stolen Packages. Once the carrier marks an order “Delivered,” ownership transfers to you. We can assist with filing claims but are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
5.1 No Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final—except for damage, defect, or errors on our part.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content. All Site content—text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and code—is owned or licensed by Cyan Imprint and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3 Your Designs & Submissions. If you submit any artwork, photos, or text (“Your Content”) for customization, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You grant Cyan Imprint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to fulfill your order and to feature it in our marketing (e.g., “customer galleries,” social posts).
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unauthorized scraping or harvesting of data;

Reverse-engineering our templates, code, or digital assets;

Submitting false or misleading customer reviews or “review extortion”;

Creating deep-fakes or AI-generated content that misrepresents our brand or customers;

Violation will result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.
8. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Site may link to or integrate with third-party sites or tools (payment gateways, social media, etc.). We don’t control those, aren’t liable for their content/practices, and make no warranties. Use them at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 As-Is. Our products, services, and Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these ToS shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim.
9.3 No Consequential Damages. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or special damages—even if we’ve been advised they’re possible.
10. Indemnification
10.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyan Imprint and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

11. Force Majeure

12.1 These ToS are governed by California law (excluding conflicts-of-law rules). Any dispute must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12.2 Consumer Protections Carve-Out: Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these ToS limits or waives any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually overridden.
13. Severability
If any provision of these ToS is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These ToS, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these ToS at any time—changes take effect when posted. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
